Technically, I started yesterday. I kept track of everything that I ate, and everything that I did starting yesterday, and I'll continue to keep it up.
Thanks to Kevin's Blog, I found a pretty cool website that keeps track of everything.
Starting today, I need to drop 100 pounds. That's not a final goal, but that's where I need to be. The picture on the top left is where I was in July. Pretty much where I am now. I'm not trying to kid myself. The holidays are coming, and it's going to be the biggest challenge of my life. Strangely enough, the last time that I went on a 'health kick', it was the week of Halloween, 2 years ago. I dropped over 50 pounds in about 8 months. Guess what? Around February, I got lazy and content, and each and every single one of them came back. I do not want that to happen again, which is why instead of putting this as a private diary, I'm laying it out for you all to see. Peer pressure is a bitch. At least, I hope so.
Here's the link to keep track of what I'm doing. Again, please keep on me. It's what I'm putting myself out here for.

This will be a huge (pardon the pun) life change for you. I'm behind you all the way...and may even skate on your coat tails! Know you can do it!
Welcome to the club! We should pose for a magazine after we get our boyish, yet manly, bods back.
Good luck, Bang.
A word of advice about FitDay, Rob:
Leave your lifestyle as sedintary. They are very inaccurate about how many calories certain activites burn, so it can skew your numbers quite a bit. Stick with your basal metabolic rate, and if you burn more, it's a bonus.
The only magazine that'll let us pose right now is the Betty Crocker Cookbook. We'll get there. Let's just make sure these blogs stay active.
