Stampede!

Weigh In: 276.5
Five Day Average: 278.55

Calories Counted: 2,044

I feel like I'm starting to gain a little steam here.

I'm pretty damn proud of my wife today. She has a long day at work, basically a 7am-6pm as a teacher with extra curricular activities after school, and if you've even been on the teaching end of a Third grade classroom, you'll know it's a little bit like a combination between a WWE Rumble Royal and a buffalo stampede. So, the last thing I'm sure she wants to do is find a good reason t get up an extra hour and a half early and hit the gym.

But that's exactly what she did. She woke up at 5am, woke me up, and by the time the gym opened, we were waiting in front of door waiting for the gym worker to unlock the doors. We were persons #1 and #2 on the Elliptical this morning.

Eating wise, I did well again. 2,044 for a day's pretty good. You'll notice my weight's stating to slowly sneak down. As Rip said - it's crazy what a combination of healthy eating and exercise can do for you. I'm telling you - someone should do a scientific study. I think that combination will help you lose weight or something.

So, the streak is on. I plan on keeping it going for quite a while. Day four in the books.
