It took me a week`s fight to get my average weight to my start weight. I don't care ... i'll be at my goal at the end of month with the average to boot as a bonus !

ReplyDeleteActually today's weigh-in for me puts my 5-day at 190.32, so I'm down exactly one pound. Slow n steady...
Billy, not quite sure why I did that. I think I went to your blog and assumed it was today. My fault - fixed now.
