Just wanted to report in real quick - shoulder are aching, back is KILLING me, legs are exhausted, and wife is tired of hearing me bitch about it.
That means the workout was successful.

That is a sweet video.... I used the "I don't want to slow you down" this last week when my friend in Sunriver asked if I wanted to go run with him. Makes me realize that I am truly a whinny wuss... Glad to see the focus here Rob. Keep your head on strait so you can meet that new goal.
