Eating great today, worked out. Yesterday I couldn't get home to get the dinner that Erin made, so I ended up having ONE piece of pizza for dinner. Could have been much worse. I wish I wouldn't have had pizza, but one slice didn't kill me. In fact, the weight went down again.
286.4 today. Leaving for work now, back after 11:00pm after being in the gym around 6am and working first job all day. More later.
