Back In The Saddle

Weigh In: Recorded Earlier Today

Today was a pretty good day, I think. I woke up and hit the gym, had a few hours of downtime at the house before headed to work, got home from work and Erin and I went on a 5 mile bike ride (just a hair under I think), and then I got home, planted four bushes (see: wheelbarrows, shovels and sweat) and then around 8:30pm when that was all done, I hit the shower (something about being covered in manure..) and had BBQ grilled Tilapia, cottage cheese and pineapple for dinner.

I did what I needed to do today, and that's a good thing. The sad thing is, that used to be the norm. Now, it's one of those "wow, look what I did" days.

Back up and at 'em in the morning. Time to make the good days the habits again.

Btw, remember everyone - "Tuck's Big Challenge" weigh-in is tomorrow!

Be proud of today. And then wake up tomorrow and do the same thing. And do it the next day and the next. And each day, be proud when you lay down to bed that you did what you needed to do that day.

Not to sound like AA, but one day at a time. Believe me, they add up.

Hey, look at it this way, we're both still in the race to 270!
