I can't get myself to do the whole "in your underoos" pictures, for the protection of my friends and family. However, I came across a picture of myself when I was topping out around 380 (perhaps even more, I didn't let a scale anywhere near me at that point) so I thought I'd put the two of them next to each other for you.
Granted, it's not the skivvies, but you get the idea. The one on the left is probably a year or two old. I'm not sure, but it might have been Thanksgiving day 2004, the day they hooked strings to me and walked me down Woodward Avenue during the parade. The one on the right is a cell phone picture I took about 4 minutes ago:
Not the greatest quality to either one, but I think you get the idea.
I'm still sporting the double chin, and I've probably got more forehead than Homer Simpson and Mr. Clean combined, but I see progress. Granted, it's not just progress from the beginning of "Fourth and 100" in November and probably a year or two ago, but just like a healthy lifestyle, it's a lifelong issue. It's good to see that I'm getting somewhere.
Imagine what it's going to be this time *NEXT* year.
(PS: The beautiful woman to my right in the left picture is my wife, Erin. I definited married "up", eh?)

Hey Tucker...looks like you're making some progress. Congrats! I know you're impatient, and I hear ya on the being obsessed with checking that progress. Just don't lose focus. I'm proud of you, and the dedication you've had since you're "slip" during the holidays. Way to stick to your goals. This 5 day average thing seems to work good. I may have to look into it myself, because I too get frustrated with the fluctuation thingy.
Keep it up...sorry I've been a little MIA in the encouragement department...things are a little rough here. But I'm always thinkin' of ya and hoping you're doing good. Looks like you are.
Take care,
Nancy
I definitely see some big changes between the 2 pics. Hey even if it’s not a body shot, you’re more courageous than me. I simply hate pictures so you’re not going to see one of mine for quite a time (even the face). By the way, I believe that there are some definite differences between the two pictures. You must have had some comments about you losing weight.
Oh and before I finish, let me tell you that the obsession with the scale does also exists north of the border. I weight myself every morning and a few times to make sure that the scale always say the same thing. The problem, like Kev, is that is sometime doesn’t. Even, if the new reading shows less, I’m frustrated because I don’t know which weight is the good one.
Well, the important thing is that we stick to our guns and that we remain committed to our goals. The F.A.T. will be there to ensure this!
OK, I'll post some fully-clothed pics, too.
Maybe.
Glad to hear you're doing good! Jim and I are looking forward to seeing "less" of you at Riley's birthday party! :) And don't worry, I will have some healthy choices at the party too-not just junk food! See you then!
you should take some underoos pics and just keep them for yourself. Usually (except for Becky) the face is not as easy a place to see big loss. You'll probably see even more progress on your gut area.
Lookin good!
