And It Keeps On Going

Weigh In: 294.5

Getting more and more frustrated with it every day, but I have to keep moving. The only way this weight is going to come off is by beating it at its own game. Working out 7 days a week, I've got 3 softball games this week, my eating has been spot-on, and I just have to block out the fact that my weight is holding as steady as concrete.

If I hadn't have been through this before, I would have SWORN that my body had hit its limit and is unable to lose anymore, as much sense as that DOESN'T make.

But I have, and I will.

Eventually.

I just have to keep on going and going.

Hey Rob,

Just wondering have you considered that youre either not eating enough or going over your calories? If youre working out that much and only eating "x" amount at the higher exercise level your body may be holding on to the weight because its in starvation mode. Or since youve gotten smaller you may need to recalculate your calorie intake. Just a few things I wanted to throw out there to see if youve give thought to. Glad you still have a stick with it mentality though, it will come off one way or another we just have to figure out if there is more to be tweaked! Keep at it!

Sorry its me again. But I was thinking you may want to scale back on the exercise too. The body does need some time recoop and 7 days is too much. This will impact weight loss as well. Proper rest is also a major factor in taking off the pounds.

I prescribe a week away from the gym, eating exactly 2,000 calories a day if this plateau doesn't bust soon.
