A few quick things:
First off, make sure to read the blog I posted last night, just before this. Pretty proud of that one.
Secondly, put your weight here - since today's the 29th, we'll be posting our final weigh in's in two days, so you have time to really push hard for the final Weigh In on FRIDAY.
Thirdly, what type of challenge do you want to do in September - I don't mind hosting them, do we want to try a different style? Same style, different teams? Same teams, different challenge?
Totally up to you guys - let's keep doing something fun. I feel like we're losing momentum. FAT needs to stay strong and focused, and if fun challenges do the trick, then let's keep doing them.
Thoughts?

August 29th - 183 lbs (up 1 pound)
I will have to do my final weigh in tomorrow since I am going out of town tomorrow night.
I am up for another challenge next month. We could do a full body profile to see who changes the most? Measure upper arms, thigh, waist, and weight? Something like that? Just a thought.
This month my body didn't change as much as I thought it would. I ate pretty good and didn't miss any workouts but my weight didn't fluctuate much.
Next month, I am gonna kick all your asses :P with this Afterburn program :)
186.08 (5-day average)
Dave, you said you were gonna kick our asses THIS month, what the hell happened?
And Tuck, I'm up for another challenge. Weight is probably still the best way to go. Same teams would give people a chance for revenge ;)
281.2 for me today.
225.5 I know I know same ole song and dance.
I would be game for another round of challenges. I like the format and am fine with the same teams if Jay is. I think Jay and I have the potential to be top of the heap if we would both buckle down and kick some fat. Wish there was a way to up the anti but not sure how that would work in a internet based group. Anyway thanks for hosting Rob.
280.5
I'm up for whatever next month. Same thing, different, whatever.
We should each send Rob $20 to be in the September Challenge, and then he could send the money to the winners. I trust Rob. I do not however, trust my continued ability to drop substantial weight ;)
261.3
I like this challenge's format. But, i'm up for anything !
215,0 lbs. for today !
161.5. Sad really.
I think it is interesting how over the year we talk about how it is not the scale that matters, yet our challenges are soley based on the scale weight :P
I think we should do measurements especially if there is talk of monetary exchanges. I would hate for someone to starve themselves just to win the money ...
Billy and I talked a while last month about doing something "other" than weight - but it's hard to really do something like that and keep it as an accurate reflection of how everyone is doing.
I thought of 'water drinking' challenges, exercise, 'good eating', measurements - but I'm not sure how that would translate into a fair and equal challenge. Definitely up for non-weight ideas - it just seems like % of body weight loss is the most direct comparison. Thoughts?
If winning a few bucks is more important to someone than their health and weight loss efforts, that person shouldn't be in the coalition IMO. But the money thing probably isn't feasible anyway.
285.8. New low, even under all the stress. Not overly proud, but I am a little proud.
I say we do this exact challenge again next month. No money involved.
Perhaps we do the same challenge, but whichever team wins gets a star by their team name denoting "Current Champion" and someone tries to knock them off?
is there room for one more in september challenge?
Of course - how did I end up missing your blog. You're in :) Now we need to find you a partner.
thanks, i'll put the word out on my blog.
now i feel like one of the cool kids.
283.5..I lost a half a lb! Woo hoo!
Same teams, I need redemption! Plus I feel like I need to make it up to Rip.
I actually really like the star idea...maybe a champions cup you can put on your banner or something.
So sorry, Rob!!!! I didn't even know it was Wednesday!
Weight: 179.0. Yeah, it's been a baaaaaaaad week...
Here is my final weigh-in: 182lbs.
