Weigh In: 280.5 (lowest since the scale change)
I did pretty well tonight, although I think I probably overdid it at night. I had bananas for breakfast, oatmeal for lunch (at like 4pm - work was crazy today), and then I had Mama's Skinny Enchiladas for dinner. Pretty good day overall. I did have my 1/2 cup of ice cream for 130 calories (eaten directly out of the measuring cup), but my calories were good for today.
I felt STUFFED after dinner though - and it wasn't like I had a ton of food. Because I've been shorting myself grub the past few days, I'm thinking my stomach was contracting. So, I feel like I'm totally way full, yet the cal's were OK.
Erin mentioned yesterday that I should have reported on my doc's visit. Basically, the last time I saw him I was about 50 pounds heavier. He was hella-impressed with my routine, I told him about the FAT Coalition and we was pretty happy for all of us. My blood pressure was 121/80 ("perfect" is 120/80), and that's pretty awesome considering when I first went to see him back in 2005 he told me that "if your blood pressure doesn't go down soon, I'd have to put you on medication for it".
Blood pressure meds for a 28 year old (at the time)? No thanks.
So it's the weekend. Tomorrow should be great, but Sunday will be a true test. Fantasy football draft at my place, about 10-12 of us around the house for about 4-5 hours. Pot luck style.
Gary and my buddy Jim (who is walking the 3-day) will be there, so we'll have some healthy options. Others probably won't be so health conscious. It'll be up to me to make the right decisions, because the wrong ones will be all around me.
I'm up to the challenge.
TGIF, folks.
