I did well again on my calories - yes, I had pretzel sticks, but they were limited, and honestly, I'm not really concerned about pretzel sticks. Other than that, I did what you guys were giving advice about. Veggie soup for lunch, I'm starting to realize that I actually LIKE grapefruit, and I had sirloin with mushrooms and broccoli from Monoglian BBQ for dinner. No rice, no tortillas - just the meat and veggies. Not a bad night.
I'm exhausted, but INCREDIBLY proud tonight. You guys know Jim and I (and Melissa!) are doing the 3-day walk here in Michigan benefiting breast cancer. Jim and I worked Mongolian BBQ tonight and had a fund raiser. We raised over $550 in three hours for the cause. Plenty more to go, but that's a good start.
I'm just drained - was up at 5:30am, out the door by 6:00, and just walking in the door after 10pm tonight. Gym, school, work, fund raiser, collapse.
But it was a good day - I got a lot accomplished. And I'm pretty proud of what we did tonight for the fund raising efforts - for those of you who could make it out, thank you!

hey rob, i checked out your food log and i have some recommendations. if you happen to hit another rut and need to drop the carbs a little more, I suggest you do away with the pretzels, cereal and pumpkin bread. These foods are processed and high in sugar and refined carbs. Why dont you make your own healthy version of these foods? I make my own dry cereal and bread and it turns out really good. I have no idea how to salvage pretzels though, since they're made of white flour. If you can still drop the pounds, go ahead but you might need to finetune your nutrition if you hit another plateau.
Good job, Rob!
I won't tell you to change anything because things seem to be going well, but I agree with Layla.
Trade in the pumpkin bread and pretzels for a snack of almonds, cottage cheese, or veggies/hummus.
Nice work, glad this keeping tabs thing is working for you!
Looks like the weight is doing what its supposed to. Keep it on the strait and narrow man and it will continue to come down. Sounds like the fund raiser went really well. Looking forward to seeing the pics Melissa talked about. Plus I love Mongolian beef and veggies YUMMY.... makes me hungry just thinking about it. Anyway Rob get back into the 260s and never look back.
It was fun, Tuck. I've got an email with some open dates for those Tigers games, lets set some dates so that we can make some more loot. You said you want to help Mel, so we'd better do some serious work. Speaking of which, did you call Troy Lanes to set a date for that? Keep the weight rolling down, bro and F the rest of it.
Good job Rob... I'm really ompressed by your new food log and fancy charts ! :)
Looks like you're headig in the right direction and doing what you know you have to do... and good job at Mongolian too!
Sorry I didn't make it to the gym with you this morning - just could not drag myself up that early for 3days in a row. I should be there Thursday AM.
Hey Tuck -
Hows the MHBOC2008 going? Is that still your workout?
I commend you on the food log. I give you a lot of credit for that.
Gene - I gave up on the BellyOff! thing. I liked it, but I did it for four weeks, and I thought the workouts changed. It's the same workout Monday/Wednesday and I wimped out on the bodyweight stuff. Self conscious still, I suppose. ;)
It was great to see Jim and you at the fundraiser. You guys were looking good. And $550 in 3 hours is AWESOME! :)
