Short and Sweet

Saturday Weigh In: 278.5

This one's going to be short, but I wanted to make sure to blog every day, so here's my quickie. Had a strong workout today, I actually did 3 sets of 8 (10 on one set) of my new max on the weight bench. I had solid sets of 225 pounds, which for me, is a huge thing. I started lifting at 125 and it was hard for me back then. 225's an accomplishment. Eventually I want to lift my body weight, and at 270 and declining, it shouldn't be long.

Other than that, no news. Computer is still fried, have a LONG story about that for another day. Things are going well. Until tomorrow!
