Weigh In: 275
I've been talking a lot about not having a structure when it comes to my workouts, and not being very goal-oriented when it comes to my exercise. I've been doing a TON of research lately into the best route to take when it comes to what I do once I get to the gym. I as looking through Billy's workouts, and was ready to take on "Bravo" when I came across the BellyOff! deal over on the Men's Fitness site.
This is an 8 week program that puts you on the weights on Mondays, Wednesday and body weights on Saturday. That'll leave me Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday to do cardio and start to get into my long distance running. Depending on how I feel on Friday, perhaps I may repeat the Monday workout.
I'll report in how it goes, but I've set myself a goal (I'll have a profile on the site set up tomorrow) of losing 25 pounds in 8 weeks. That's a ton of weight, over 3 pounds a week. But if I set my head on straight, eat with their guidelines and do the workouts like I should be doing the workouts, there's no reason I can't hit it.
So - here's to being "BellyOff!" for 2 months!

Nice going Tuck. I'm also starting this plan tomorrow! I have set a goal of "discarding" 1.5 lbs. of fat per week for each of the 8 weeks for a total of 12 lbs. of fat. My overall weight may not change that much since I figure I will gain a few lbs. of muscle.
I have a profile there and will post the link on my blog.
We can do this!!!!
Rock it out, Tuck.
Eat right, and just fucking own it.
I haven't got the profile together YET, but I'll have it done by the end of the day. 5:45a,, and I'm headed the gym!
Nice, I haven't looked at that plan but I'm sure it's solid. As long as you walk into the gym with a plan, that will take you a long way.
